One standard, checked at every home.
The biggest risk in a week like this is a house that doesn't match its photos. So every Reserve home is walked against the same list, and walked again before your group arrives.

How booking works
From first call to keys in four steps.
Most groups start planning between October and January. The earlier we talk, the more homes there are to choose from.

Tell us about your group
Size, bedrooms, nights, budget and how you'll use the house: hosting, filming or simply staying.

See your shortlist
Three verified homes that fit, with photos, floor plans and a proposal you can forward. Tour them in person or by video.

Hold your favorite
We hold the home for 10 business days while you get internal approval. No deposit to place a hold.

Sign and plan the week
A simple occupancy agreement, then your Reserve contact arranges chefs, cars and everything else.
Founding clients: groups that place a hold by December 15, 2026 get first right on the same home for 2028.
